Stefan Channels

Stefan brings 14 years of strong customer service background that was built from listening and

understanding the needs and wants of his clients. He is a strong believer in preparing his clients on how the home buying/selling process works so they truly know what is going on and how it is being handled. Stefan takes the extra steps for his clients before, during, and after the sale process is over. Growing up playing sports from baseball, wrestling, and soccer, Stefan has developed certain leadership skills and a winning mentality. Because of Stefan’s competitive nature he understands when pressure and aggression or finesse is needed to get the job done and get his clients in their dream home. During the home buying/selling process his loyalty and strong client relationship is noticed fast. That puts his want for his clients to have a great and successful experience when making life changing decisions is his top priority.

Stefan was born and raised in East Columbus, graduating from Gahanna Lincoln and currently living in Etna with his Wife and two kids. After high school he was able to see a lot of the United States traveling for a marketing firm but always found his way back. Growing up on the East side of Columbus he knows the lay of the land better than most. His driving force is his 2 kids, his oldest child is his daughter Haylie and his youngest is his son Lucas. Being a parent and a Realtor they both have you always on the move and everyday is different so you take the lessons you learned yesterday to apply it to today.

Angela Fry

I am a native of Ohio and grew up much of my life in Grove City and graduated from Westerville North.

In 1991, I moved to the Buckeye Lake area with my family and remained in the area and have been active in my community ever since. I met my husband 26 years ago. We married in 1998 and have 2 beautiful children who are now grown.

My husband and I started our real estate investing career and flourished all while I was a stay at home mom. In 2017, I decided to start my education in Real Estate and the rest is history.

I couldn't have picked a better career more suited for me. I love serving my clients and being part of their journey whether they are buying or selling.

Liz Scott

Liz grew up in the central Ohio area. From Etna Elementary School to Watkins Memorial High

school, Liz has not strayed far from her hometown roots. In 2018, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Otterbein University. Liz has been a part of The Dixon Team since October 2020, where she became a licensed real estate agent in May of 2021. Liz prides herself in helping clients with anything that is needed. From the time photos are taken to when a house goes into contract and finally closing day where she is passionate about the process being as organized and efficient as possible. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter being outside, golfing, and taking care of their small farm, in Baltimore, Ohio.

Amanda Aledia

I am Amanda Aledia, Real Estate Professional with Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty, The Dixon Team. My husband, Franc, and I have been married since 1990 and raised 5 children in Central Ohio. I originally obtained my Ohio Real Estate License in 1995. I actively assisted Buyers and Sellers through 2003. I had fun, was constantly learning and I was successful. *Fun fact, my best friend is a Client I moved from Pittsburgh to Columbus in 1996!

Fast forward to 2023, our children are adults, living coast to coast and I AM BACK to the career that I love! I have a tenacious work ethic and possess both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field. A proud graduate of Watkins Memorial, who furthered her high school education at C-TEC in the Architectural and Engineering program, then pursuing her associates in Interior Design.
